Ms. Kimberly Sale

LPC, Therapist

Kimberly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of VA offering virtual sessions at this time. This allows me the opportunity to work with clients anywhere in the state. I have been a practicing LPC for 25+ years and have worked in a variety of settings.

My goal is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences and challenges. I take an eclectic, trauma informed, and client centered approach to therapy because I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual's needs and goals. There are no right or wrong issues to bring up in therapy and I am here to support your personal growth and healing.

I draw from a range of evidence based modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Together, we will work on developing practical coping strategies and tools to help you meet your goals and live your best life!

In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, playing board games, traveling, spending time with family, friends, and my two dogs.

If I sound like a good fit for you, reach out today for a consultation or appointment.

Until I am done working full time, the hours will vary and I can provide you week to week availability. After May 23, my schedule is wide open and am happy to take on up to 25 clients. I am also a Board approved supervisor for LPC residents if you have any need in that area.

I am looking forward to working with you all! Please reach out for any questions. Also, I have not received an email about credentialing. Not sure if I should have yet.
