Jean also specializes in working with first responders, understanding firsthand the unique stressors, trauma exposure, and resilience that these roles demand.

Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Jean tailors her approach to each individual, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in building the skills and insight needed to thrive.
