Jean Todd, LCSW is a compassionate and experienced mental health clinician dedicated to helping adolescents and adults overcome life's challenges and achieve lasting emotional well-being. She provides evidence-based, client-centered care to individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use challenges, self-esteem issues, and significant life transitions.

Jean is especially passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive therapeutic environment for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She believes every individual deserves to feel seen, respected, and supported throughout their mental health journey and works collaboratively with clients to foster self-acceptance, resilience, and personal growth.

In addition, Jean has specialized experience working with first responders and understands the unique emotional demands, chronic stress, and trauma exposure associated with these professions. She provides a supportive space where first responders can process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and prioritize their own well-being while continuing to serve others.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Jean integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and practical strategies for navigating life's challenges.

Known for her warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental style, Jean strives to meet clients where they are and empower them to create meaningful, sustainable change. Her goal is to help individuals build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop the tools necessary to thrive in all aspects of life.
