Christopher Dadoo supports Atlantic Behavioral Specialists' leadership in evaluating growth and acquisition opportunities in behavioral health, applying data-driven analysis to strategic decisions across healthcare services. He researches behavioral health clinics and providers, reviews their clinical offerings and market position, and supports the financial and operational reviews behind expansion and acquisition decisions.
During the summer of 2026, Christopher also served as a Business Development and Marketing Analyst, helping to expand the practice referral network by identifying and contacting potential partners across Northern Virginia. He researched pathways for the practice to become an approved referral resource within Fairfax County Public Schools, tracked outreach and partnership progress, and shared growth recommendations with practice leadership.
Through both roles, Christopher is gaining hands-on experience in healthcare-focused private equity and business strategy, including acquisition analysis, industry research, referral partnerships, and structured evaluation of behavioral health practices. He is building an understanding of how clinical operations, market conditions, and financial performance relate in the field.
