Ms. Alli Patrick

LCSW, Therapist

Alli Patrick, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than seven years of specialized experience in hospice, palliative care, and grief counseling. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate grief, loss, chronic illness, and life's most challenging transitions with compassion, resilience, and hope.

Alli has extensive experience supporting older adults and adults facing complex emotional and medical challenges, including chronic illness, terminal diagnoses, caregiving responsibilities, anxiety, depression, and end-of-life concerns. She understands that emotional pain often intersects with the practical demands of daily life and works collaboratively with clients to help them find balance, healing, and renewed purpose.

Drawing upon a compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based approach, Alli helps individuals process grief, develop effective coping strategies, and build emotional resilience during times of uncertainty and change. She is particularly passionate about supporting those experiencing anticipatory grief, caregiver stress, emotional exhaustion, and major life transitions, as well as individuals seeking to establish healthier boundaries and strengthen their relationships.

Alli earned her Master of Social Work from Simmons University and developed her clinical expertise through years of hospice and palliative care practice. Her work with individuals and families during some of life's most vulnerable moments has shaped her deep commitment to providing empathetic, meaningful support that honors each person's unique journey.

Clients often describe Alli as warm, supportive, and approachable. Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being.
