Her background includes leadership, case management, direct patient care, education, and integrative treatment approaches such as ACT and CBT. She also brings more than 13 years of teaching experience in academic and clinical environments.

Heidi is licensed in DC, Virginia, and Maryland, and has served in roles supporting both Veteran and civilian populations through outpatient and government healthcare programs.
